EULA - End User License Agreement

License Agreement between the UNIVERSALSOFT and a Vector File Storage user dated as of the 16th day of April, 2012.

Definitions:
• Vector File Storage program, Program in short, is the installed software with all its components.
• The publisher (F.H.U UNIVERSALSOFT Adam Bialas, 43-385 Jasienica 720, NIP 937-257-37-77)
• The user - the person or a legal entity who uses the program
• Commercial use - using program to earning income.

1. Accepting the Agreement
The agreement is accepted by installing the program. By installing the program you agree to the terms of the license.

2. Contracting parties
The agreement is entered into by the parties: The publisher called the licenser and the user called licensee.

3. Termination
If the licensee fail to comply with any term of this Agreement, the rights granted by the publisher will immediately terminate.
4. Copyright
All components and their copyright belong to the Publisher. Infringing the copyright come under the applicable law, rule or regulation.

5. Licenses

The user of the program can choose one of the following sorts of licenses:

TRIAL for noncommercial use, limited usage of 14 days.
FULL VERSION - noncommercial and commercial use which never expires.
6. Licenser's authorization and power.

The program can only be distributed in the form in which it has been made accessible to the user by the Publisher, by any media, only in the TRIAL version of the program (unregistered.)
7. Restrictions

Licensee is not to resell the registered program, lend, rent, distribute and copy it in any form. Licensee agrees not to, or to enable others to, copy, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, decrypt, or create derivative works of the program. You are not to make the registration code available to anyone else.
8. Liability for damage.

If the program has any faults, the licenser cannot guarantee a warrant and is not responsible for damages caused by the program usage. The user is responsible for the usage of the program.
The licenser is only responsible for the compatibility of the program with the instructions. The licenser is also not responsible for the damages caused by the faulty operation of the applications installed to the program as well as their conflicting with the program. Furthermore, the Licenser is not responsible for lost income which is caused by the inability to use the program as well as all the loss caused by the program or its faulty operations.

9. Authenticity verification of the program.

In order to protect legal program users, licensee agrees to verification by the licenser, by the means of Internet, the authenticity and legality of the installed program.

10. Privacy Laws.
By installing the program, the licensee agrees to sending to the licenser's database, by the means of Internet, such information as (1) name and surname, (2) company name, (3) e-mail address, (4) product key, (5) hard drive code. The data is sent by the registration form which is typed by the licensee. Sent information are used only to prove the authenticity verification and legality. It might be also use for statistical purposes. Licenser states that the data will not be made accessible to any further entities.

11. Dispute resolution.

If the dispute has not be resolved by this agreement, the parties apply to applicable laws and government rules as well as the applicable copyright and any concerning laws.
